You will receive 1 breakable heart made from Ghirardelli chocolate with a hammer. Under the heart, you will receive various candies. (Hershey kisses, Reeses, Snickers, etc) You can purchase the heart with the candy or add on 6 regular or gourmet strawberries.

Note* If you get a milk chocolate heart, the heart will be brown. Colors/designs will vary.
